TeleTherapy: Teladoc
This teletherapy benefit is for all City employees and their covered dependents that elect City medical benefits.
Teletherapy allows you to choose the expert you think will be the best fit for you and pick the preferred dates and times that fit into your schedule for a cost share of $10 per session.
This new program is FSA and HRA eligible and an enhancement to our current benefits package to provide you with additional support to speak with an expert from wherever you are most comfortable.

When you use Teladoc®, a national provider of telemedicine service, you have easy access to a doctor for non-complex medical needs! As long as you pre-register for this benefit, you can access the service via phone call, online video, or other online media.
