Members can access their digital ID card through the Express Scripts mobile app or website by following the steps below:
To access your digital ID card via the Express Scripts app pr website on July 1st :
- Log in using your member ID or Social Security number.
- Navigate to the Account section and select Prescription ID Card.
- Click Download Card to save a copy of your digital ID.
Express Scripts mobile app: download the Express Scripts app to access a digital card, manage prescriptions and set up for home delivery.
