Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)
In conjunction with the PPO2 and EPO Highmark Medical Plans, the City of Wilmington offers a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA). These funds are automatically replenished every July 1st and unused funds do not rollover.
